  • Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time, and will take effect from the next dispatch of medication.
  • If you wish to pause or cancel your existing subscription, please write to us at info@thesire.sg, and we will respond to you within 3 working days.
  • Please also note that any medication dispensed cannot be returned or refunded. If you have opted for the 12-month subscription plan, we will refund you the amount that has not been dispatched.
  • Subscriptions that have been paused can be resumed again by informing us via email to info@thesire.sg
